Adagio End User Weekly Webinars

Adagio Common Features

Adagio Common Features is the perfect webinar for people considering purchasing or just getting started with any Adagio module. The presentation discusses features and benefits available throughout Adagio, such as data file backups and integrity checking. Participants are shown how to quickly select items from the Grid, and how to customize the data it displays to quickly answer common inquiries. Find out how to use the SmartFinder as a simple report writer and export tool. See how security is implemented, and how you can keep users from accessing specialized functions. Find out how to speed the launching of an Adagio application.

Adagio Ledger V9.0

Adagio Ledger V9.0 covers the features and processing in Adagio's General Ledger. We'll describe the setup of a chart of accounts, and the information you need to add a new account. Find out how to automatically reallocate an account balance or quickly create new departments. Create budgets and forecasts to help manage your business. See how fast batch entry can be, and how to retrieve batches from other modules. We'll describe posting to the current and prior year, and how to unpost a batch posted in error. Finally, we'll cover the procedures necessary at year end.

Adagio Financial Reporter - Getting Started

Adagio's award winning Financial Reporter is used in both Adagio Ledger and Adagio FX to create any kind of formatted financial statement you require. We'll review the Designer tool bar and the various "Views" the reporter provides into the chart of accounts and departments. Using an existing statement, we'll demonstrate the structure of a SmartSheetT and the flexibility it provides. Find out how the various SmartSheet commands (such as ".Range" and ".ColSpec") work. We'll show how to drag-and-drop accounts onto the statement to use it with any chart of accounts.

Adagio Financial Reporter - Intermediate

This second webinar on the Adagio Financial Reporter builds on the "Getting Started" introduction and demonstrates some more advanced features. You'll see how to create departmental and 12 month comparatives. You'll find out how the .ColSpec and .Verify commands can simplify your statements. You'll see how easy it is to add calculations such as net variance and percent of total to your templates, and how to add rows and columns with a few mouse clicks. Make your statements shine with your company logo and then see how statement groups can completely automate your period end statement production and distribution.

Adagio GridView

Adagio GridView is the perfect ad hoc reporting tool for when you wish to provide someone with access to the accounting data, without providing them with access to the accounting programs themselves. We'll discuss how to create a basic View, including filtering, sorting and summarizing data. See how Views can be printed or sent to Excel for further analysis. Link Views to create functional workspaces for your staff. See how to launch Workspaces from the desktop or an Adagio module Inquiry menu. This session is a must see for users of Adagio Inventory, SalesAnalysis, OrderEntry, JobCost or Time&Billing.

We'll show how Adagio SalesCQ automatically interfaces with Microsoft Word to mail or e-mail introduction or cover letters. For companies without a contact management solution, or looking for a quotation management and preparation solution integrated with Adagio Inventory and Adagio OrderEntry, Adagio SalesCQ may provide the tools you need.

We'll review the interfaces to the other modules, and how a new job and its estimates would be set up. We'll review the entry of cost and revenue batches and see how timecard entry can speed the recording of hours worked on a job. Company profile options that control how overheads are attributed will be reviewed.
