Adagio Links | Products Can I view a customer's file while entering an order?
Yes, you can! When you're working with an order, you'll notice a Customer button to the right.
Clicking this button calls up the customer file for the customer selected for the order. When you call up the customer file in this way, the Transactions tab is automatically selected, because generally it's transaction information you'll want to look at first. You can even drill down to the transactions in the list for more information on each one! You can also use the Calc Aging button to have OrderEntry calculate the aging for this customer and enter it at the bottom of this window. If it's not transaction information that you want, though, you can click on any of the other tabs to access different information about this customer. You cannot make changes to the customer file, though; you'll see from the grayed out fields that you're in view mode only. |
