Order confirmations can be printed right from the order entry window, via the Confirmations button, or from the Order Entry menu, via the Print Order Confirmations command. In either case, you're presented with some printing options:
You can print order confirmations for all outstanding orders, or for only one or a range of orders, using the starting and ending order number fields. There's also an option to reprint orders that have already been printed previously. In the specification field, you must select the specification file you want to use for these order confirmations. Your specifications can include logos and other bitmap images, multiple fonts, and colours, all on plain paper, which saves you money on forms!
