Posting transactions couldn't be simpler. You can always post batches as soon as they are retrieved by clicking the Post button in the Batch window.
If you decide to post batches later, you can post individual batches, a range of batches, or all unposted batches, and you can post batches at any time. Just click the Post button on the toolbar to display the Posting window. Enter the starting and ending batch numbers of the range of batches you want to post. (Of course, for a single batch, enter the same number in both fields). Then click the Post button. Adagio Ledger also allows you to post to the previous year and to post provisionally to the current year. |
