Adagio Links | Products How do I retrieve a batch from ACCPAC Plus subledger applications?
Since Adagio Ledger is specially designed as an upgrade for users of the DOS accounting system, ACCPAC® PlusTM, no data conversion is required. You can retrieve batches directly from any ACCPAC Plus subledger program. When you log in to Adagio Ledger, it automatically checks and alerts you if there are any subledger batches to retrieve. You can also retrieve subledger batches any time you need to update the ledger with the most current information.
Simply click the Retrieve button to display the Retrieve Subledger Batches window. Just click to select which application you want to retrieve from, and then click the Retrieve button. The batch is retrieved into Adagio Ledger where you can make adjustments or post the batch. You can provisionally retrieve transactions to see their effect on your ledger accounts if you are preparing interim financial statements. You can also set up recurring batches by archiving an unposted batch that you can recall and use later. |
