Adagio Invoices has an Archive Batches feature that makes it very easy to create recurring invoices, saving you time.
Just create the invoice as you would normally, but create it in the Archive Batches function, which looks and works exactly the same as the Invoice Batches function. Once you have created the archive batch, just click the Restore button on the Archive batches window to create a new invoice batch based on the archive batch. If you need to modify the new batch slightly, just go to the Invoice batches window, opened the retrieved recurring batch and make the necessary changes. You can modify the archive batches at any time. If a customer adds a new service, you can add it to your archive batches immediately as a "work in progress." As you add to the archive batch, just click the Restore button when you are ready to invoice. That concludes our visual tour of Adagio Invoices. Interested in trying out the product?
