Absolutely! You can change the format by editing the default specification that comes with Adagio Invoices, or by creating a new one. Either way, there are three steps involved.

First, set up your items with different style codes. Separate the different kinds of items you normally sell. For example, you might want to have one kind of style for products sold and another for services rendered. Using the Specification Styles function, assign a style code to these different categories, as we've done here:

Then, in Item Maintenance, assign each item the appropriate style code. In the screen shot below, we've assigned a sample product style code A.

The bulk of your work is done in the Invoice Designer.

With the appropriate invoice specification file open, just add a detail line section for each type of item you will be placing on your invoices. Our example below uses two types of items: A - Products, and B - Services. Create Detail line sections for each of these item types and save your specification.
