Invoices can look any way you'd like! The Adagio Invoice designer, which is included with Adagio Invoices, lets you design your own invoice formats.
If you use any of the sample invoice specifications that are included with Adagio Invoices, such as the tutorial specification, your invoice will resemble the invoice pictured below. Click on the image to view it full size. (You can also change the look of the invoice or create a whole new specification for your invoices via the Invoice Designer. See the next stop on this tour for more information.) And once you're happy with the look of your invoices, did you know that you can fax your invoices straight from your desktop? Activate the Fax feature (in the Options function); then when you go to print the invoice, just click the Fax button instead of Print. Adagio Invoices has 10 reports you can print and gives you control over how your reports look. You can add headers, footers, color and shading. You control date and time formats.
