Many fields in Adagio Invoices include a Finder feature which allows you to view all of the existing records for that field. So what if you're adding a new invoice, for example, but can't remember the customer code?

Just click the Finder button to the right of the field, and Adagio Invoices will call up a list of all of the customers in your customer file.

In addition, Adagio Invoices now includes a Smart Finder feature. This is a more interactive version of the Finder, allowing you to search a database for a particular record.

In a customer code field, you can use the Smart Finder to search for the customer name or some other information about the customer. The Smart Finder gives you a variety of possible search operations. Search for records:

Containing a specific value;

That sound like a string;

That fall within a particular range of value; and

That are equal to, less than (or equal to), greater than (or equal to), or not equal to a specific value.
