How do I print an inventory valuation?

Thanks to Adagio Inventory's great reports, printing an inventory valuation is a snap. From the Reports menu, you can select Stock Control Reports and then the Item Valuation report option, and then choose your report options:

Here, you are given plenty of options for printing inventory valuations. You can:

Print an inventory valuation for all locations, or by separate locations, if you want to break down the stock value at individual locations.

Choose your method of valuation. Do you want the report to provide an inventory valuation based on the most recent or standard cost? Or by selling price? You have those and other options, and can include up to four different valuation methods on the report.

Narrow the report by control account sets.

Eliminate any negative values from the report.

And more.

Also, there's an extra tab for this report that can be used to further define and narrow the scope of the report:

Choose the field you want the report to be sorted by, and then, if you only want a partial valuation, narrow the range of the report, too. This is also where you indicate a range of locations to include on the report, if you're wanting only one or a select group of locations.

With all of these options, getting the inventory valuation report you want is no problem!

Here's a sample of an item valuation report. If you want to see it in a larger format, so that the detail is more clear, just click on the image.
