       Report Favorites allow saving Reports with specific options chosen.

       Report Sets allow the grouping of Report Favorites and Online Inquiries into a single print job that will run unattended, and may be launched from a command file. A log is generated that records the printing status of each report in the set. Use Report Sets to automate the printing of all your month end reports.

       Supports Adagio ePrint and print to the AdagioPDF printer driver.

       Online Inquiry print width limitation removed when send to Excel.

    Create Pie, Bar or Tend Charts from sales transactions or statistics that can be automatically opened when SalesAnalysis is launched. Charts can be displayed, printed or exported and security is available by group membership.
     
    Optional fields have been added to the SalesAnalysis transaction records for both Header and Detail areas. These can be automatically retrieved when information is transferred from Adagio Invoices and/or Adagio OrderEntry or during a database scan of those modules.
     
    Styles and Filters are now available for the transaction grid, and an ExcelDirect button has been added to this form to instantly send the displayed sales records to Excel for further analysis.
     
    The (possibly) overtyped item description from Adagio Invoices and Adagio OrderEntry is now saved directly in the SalesAnalysis transaction record. A company profile option is available to control which item description is displayed or used for reporting purposes.

    Job-Phase-Category, PO number, Customer Report Group, Item Report Group, Reference and a 12 character invoice number have all been added to the Transaction record for Inquiry and reporting purposes.

    File | User Preferences now control the desktop and report appearance, auto-start and other functions. Field names can be sorted for the Grid Editor and Filter definitions.

    Item Number segments are available as separate fields in grids, finder, smart finder and GridView.

    The Date Paid indicator field is now available in On-line Inquiry function allowing you to create inquiries showing transactions for which invoices have or have not been paid.

    Adagio OrderEntry 8.1D now creates the transactions for retrieval into SalesAnalysis during Day End processing, without requiring the purge of the Invoice and Credit Note Audit List.

    A user who does not have access to Item Inquiry with Sales/Costs can no longer access the column editor in the Item Inquiry or Edit Data functions, which would have allowed them to see cost fields.

  • Compatible with Adagio Receivables V8.1A and V9.0A. All the new customer fields in Adagio Receivables V9.0A are available in Customer Inquiry.
  • The "Previously Accessed List" in the login dialog is now stored by user, making the list of companies a user can access private and improving site security. The ability to export or print a SmartFinder list can also be disabled by user to protect confidential information.
  • Your SalesAnalysis database can now be automatically backed up on completion of a successful (clean) Data Integrity Check. Additionally, the Data Integrity Check function will automatically make a backup of the data prior to executing any request to Rebuild a damaged database.
  • New functions have been added to the Adagio Help Menu to Check System Status (chksys) and print out the Lanpak registration.
  • Dates may be entered more quickly. Entering a single number defaults the month and year to the current session date, so fewer keystrokes are required.
  • Significant improvements in performance have been made to functions that scan the entire database (for example: Scan OrderEntry and Set Invoice Paid Indicator)

  • SmartFinder now searches on multiple criteria.

  • Data backups can now be automatically uploaded to WebSafe for secure offsite backup.

  • Transactions can now be imported or exported, greatly simplifying making wholesale changes to the SalesAnalysis database.

  • If Ledger V9.0A is installed, its multi-year fiscal calendar is used if available.

  • The Sample data has been updated.

  • The F6 key now opens the Smart Finder directly from any grid where you can do a Find. You do not have to press F5 or the Find button first to invoke the smart finder.

  • The Windows calculator can added to and launched from the toolbar by selecting 'Calculator button' in File | Options.
