Compatible with Adagio Receivables V9.0A and V8.1A. If Version 9.0A is installed then new features available in this version are supported, including function specific alerts. Users in Adagio Receivables can now view docket and WIP information about a client directly in the Transaction Inquiry screen. Clients can be located by client name or phone number in addition to client code. If Adagio DataCare is installed, it can now perform an Application Integrity Check automatically. If Adagio Ledger 9.0 is installed, Time&Billing will warn or prevent transactions being posted to a closed period in the general ledger. Hours may be sent to the general ledger as statistical units if desired.
Work descriptions entered with WIP records can now be loaded directly in a bill and modified when billing a docket.
Time & disbursements posted to one docket can easily be moved to another docket.
Bills can be printed to file in Text (.TXT), Rich text (.RTF) or PDF format. This allows bills to be modified or enhanced prior to being sent to a client. The file name can be defaulted to include the client code. New specification codes have been added to support formatted addresses.
All entry and inquiry screens have been made sizeable and speed (Alt-) keys have been added to flip between tabs.
The billing method on a client can be changed without requiring a purge of the transactions.
The Adagio log on process has been improved. The user can be identified through their Windows authenticated user ID using the “remember user name” and “remember password” options on the log in dialog. The Previously Opened database list is now saved by Adagio User rather than for all users. The Previously Opened list also displays the date the data was last accessed by the user.
Date entry has been improved by recognizing a single number as a day and defaulting the month and year of the entry. Four digit numbers default the year. Entering “12” into the date control with the sign-on date being Feb 26, 2008 will result in February 12, 2008 being returned to the application.
Adagio Time&Billling will optionally create a backup of related data whenever a Data Integrity Check completes without errors. Adagio Time&Billling will always create a backup of a database prior to applying any “fix” as a result of the “Rebuild” option being selected to repair damaged data. Backup details are written to the log file.
Imports can be automatically processed on start up to simplify the integration with external applications.
