Adagio FX is the easiest way to create presentation quality financial statements, run comparatives by year or between companies.

Loads from Simply, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Office Accounting at the click of a button. Includes accounts and posted transactions.

Multi-column comparative financial statements.

Drag and drop account groups onto a financial statement spreadsheet.

Choose columns from MTD, YTD, Budget YTD, Quarter, Fiscal Half, etc.

The user has all the calculating power of a modern spreadsheet to create the "perfect" statement. Titles can be changed, columns can be formatted and the statement presented in detail or summary form, all at the click of a toolbar button. Rows and columns can be marked "hide when printed" to store comments or notes to the statements. Drill down from an amount in the statement all the way to the posted transaction detail to confirm entries. There is also a single click export to Excel, to allow easy e-mailing.

Versions:

Adagio FX comes in four versions. The Standard versions load from only one of Simply (FX/S), Microsoft Office Accounting (FX/M) or QuickBooks (FX/Q), and are licensed for use with a single company. The Pro version can load multiple datasets from Simply, MOA, QuickBooks, ACCPAC Plus, and/or Adagio to produce consolidated statements, or statements spanning multiple years. Typically, Simply, MOA, or QuickBooks end users would order the Standard version while accounting firms or companies with divisions which do their own accounting would order the Pro version. See below for additional features available in Pro that are not available in Standard.

Pricing:

The Standard versions of Adagio FX (FX/S for Simply, FX/M for MOA, or FX/Q for QuickBooks) at $249 Cdn / $249 US are available only on the web, including an electronic manual as a PDF file. A printed manual and CD can be ordered for $50 plus $15 shipping and handling. The yearly Upgrades Plan is only $125 Cdn / $125 US.

The Pro version of Adagio FX (loads Simply, MOA, QuickBooks, Plus and/or Adagio) is $625 Cdn / $625 US and is available on the web or from a Softrak Business Partner. If you get your copy from an Adagio Consultant Reseller, the CD and manual is included. The yearly Upgrades Plan is $125 Cdn / $125 US; the yearly Technical Support & Upgrades Plan is $255 Cdn / $255 US. Both Plans include the Adagio FX Pro CD and manual if you include the $30 Cdn / $40 US shipping & handling fee. Additional support in designing and laying out your financial statements is available for an hourly fee.

With FX Pro, you have control over where the Adagio FX data is stored. With FX Standard, the data must always reside in the same location: ..\Softrak\FXWin\Data

You can create Statement Groups to automate the printing of Financial Statements.

You are allowed to have more than three worksheets in a single statement.

The Query Sheet function is available for accessing cell values across worksheets.

The Import Workbook feature is available, making it easier to create statements.

The Export to Excel Direct feature exports values, formats and formulas; FX Standard does not export formulas.
