The AOC Delegate fee includes your hotel room for Sunday night and Monday night. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact Softrak Systems.

Please see the registration page for your AOC fee. All fees include your AOC Conference registration fee, 2 nights accommodations in a luxury room, special conference events, most meals and refreshments, and all your conference materials.

The Faimont Chateau Whistler is dog friendly hotel for those dog lovers that travel with their best friend. Included in the $25 night charge, is a dog bed for use on property, dog bowl, treats and cleanup baggies. Located directly out the front door are numerous dog friendly walking trails as well! Be sure to stop by the Valet desk on your way in to get a treat!

As we must guarantee hotel accommodation on your behalf, your AOC fee must be paid before May 18th, 2010.

• On or before May 18: 100% refund or credit note.
• After May 18: $400 credit note against Adagio training held within the next 12 months.
