Please see the Delegate Registration or Exhibitor Registration for your AOC fee. All fees include your AOC Conference registration fee, 3 nights accommodations in a luxury room, special conference events, all meals and refreshments, and all your conference materials.

As we must guarantee hotel accommodation on your behalf, your AOC fee must be paid before May 18th, 2010.

The Faimont Chateau Whistler is dog friendly hotel for those dog lovers that travel with their best friend. Included in the $25 night charge, is a dog bed for use on property, dog bowl, treats and cleanup baggies. Located directly out the front door are numerous dog friendly walking trails as well! Be sure to stop by the Valet desk on your way in to get a treat!

Softrak Systems is pleased to offer a flexible cancellation/substitution policy. Should you need to cancel your AOC registration on or before May 18, you will receive a full refund. Should you need to cancel after May 18, the entire AOC conference is payable; however $900 of that fee will be applied to any future Softrak training within the next 12 months.
