Conference Opening Breakfast

This years conference begins on Sunday with an opening breakfast with your peers and Softrak staff. The breakfast begins at 8:30am and is followed by a presentation from Andrew Bates on the year ahead.

Overview Plenary Sessions

This year we have skipped the overview presentations in favour of the Special Interest Groups. Please see the Conference Handbook for details on each session and get to know our Adagio Developers and their products at the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, June 20, at 4:00pm.

Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

We are holding longer Special Interest Groups this year. While all delegates are welcome to attend these SIG meetings, the ones who will get the most out of the meetings will be those who have participated in the Softrak Business Partner forum in the months leading up to the AOC.

Dialog with Adagio Developer Partners (ADPs)

  • Training - This is the place to get comprehensive intelligence on 3rd party products and services that work with Adagio.
  • News & Directions - Find out first hand what's new and what's in the works.
  • Input - You're in the front lines. The ADPs need and appreciate your feedback.

Take a Vacation

This year, take your vacation in June around the AOC. Check out the Whistler Tourism website and be sure to let Softrak know if you wish to book extra nights in the AOC Hotel at our special rate.

If you're bringing a guest or family and need help keeping them entertained while you're "working", post your ideas or needs on the Softrak Business Partner forum.

Fun, Safe, Walkable Resort

We'll keep you busy during the day and at Event Night, but you can take the other evenings to explore and enjoy. Whistler has some amazing restaurants and lots of things to do. Once at the conference, come see us at the AOC Registration desk and we can give you a list of things to do.

Networking

And the best reason to attend the AOC is something the AOC organizers can't do for you by themselves. It's networking with your peers. Sharing experiences with others in the trenches. Tips on how to build your business. Technical traps to avoid. These are things you can't get from a book, but you can get this information at meal times and other private times during the conference.

See the Conference at a Glance to begin planning your AOC schedule.
