Your Registration. Deadline: Early Bird Date

Download, complete, and fax your Exhibitor Registration. Presentation slots are assigned in order of registration.

Your AOC Announcement. Deadline: Early Bird Date

Your AOC announcement is the best way for the crack AOC marketing staff to promote your company. Each Gold Sponsor's announcement will be included on the Exhibitors listing page of the AOC web site and the Exhibitor section of the Conference Handbook. Please limit your announcement to what delegates should know, to encourage them to meet with you at your sessions or in the tradeshow. Do not submit generic sales material.

The announcements will be entered on the AOC web site in order of submission.

We can accept your announcement in .html format, with all associated graphics, or in simple text format.

You may want to include a link to an AOC page on your own web site. If you need help to create your AOC web page, contact Annemarie Nordman at anordman@rainmaker-online.com.

Please submit your colour logo (.jpg or .gif), to be used as the button for the link from the AOC web site to your web site, to Carolyn Wendell at carolyn.wendell@softrak.com. The preferred size for logos is a maximum of 150 pixels wide by 50 pixels high. Exhibitors at prior AOCs need only resubmit their logo if it has changed.

Conference Handbook / Session Details. Deadline: Early Bird Date

The AOC Conference Handbook will be published on the AOC web site in advance of the conference, and will also be given out in hard copy at delegate registration. We will survey the delegates a month before the conference to ensure conflicts are minimized. If you do not submit your session details in time, there will be no way for the delegates to indicate their preference for your sessions.

You must email to carolyn.wendell@softrak.com the following:

For each of your sessions:

Your Exhibitor Firm Name, Your Session Type (e.g. Overview, Technical, Business, Marketing, Sales; or you can suggest another type), Level (Intro, Advanced), Title (around 5 words), Summary (max 75 words)
If the session is a repeat, please indicate such.

If you have a timing conflict with your session assignment, please email carolyn.wendell@softrak.com ASAP, and we will do our best to accommodate your changes. Please note that sessions are usually assigned in the order in which exhibitors register.

NOTE: We will use your AOC announcement from the AOC Exhibitor's page in the Exhibitor's section of the Conference Handbook.

Exhibit Hall

Exhibit locations are assigned in order of registration. You will receive email notification of the location of your exhibit area before the conference. Let us know at that time if you would like a different assignment.

Each Gold Sponsor will share a draped 6ft x 2ft table height table in a carpeted area with power. Bring your free-standing 3ft x 7ft vertical banner. If you do not yet have a banner from exhibiting with Adagio at other trade shows, please contact carolyn.wendell@softrak.com ASAP. We will not have room for full sized booths.

Setup is 10:00 - 1:00 Sunday, and tear down is 7:00 - 7:30 Sunday evening. The Exhibit Hall will be Sunday from 5:00 - 7:00. If you are shipping equipment in advance, please ship as follows:

Please note that, if you are shipping from outside Canada, remember to leave enough time for your equipment to clear customs. In our experience, Federal Express is more expedient at clearing show equipment through Canada Customs than UPS.

ADPs can purchase drink tickets for the Resource Centre in advance, for half price, at $35 Cdn for a pack of 10. That way you can be extra-generous with free drinks for delegates! See Christa Meissner at the Registration Desk to purchase your drink tickets before the Exhibit Hall.

Private ADP Dinner Meeting. Deadline: July 13, 2008

All ADPs are invited to attend a private dinner meeting of ADPs where we'll discuss policies and technical issues. Be sure to check the ADP forum for the agenda well before the conference so you can add your suggestions. See the Conference at a Glance.

Al Porto Restaurant, 321 Water Street; Sunday at 7:30pm, after the Exhibit Hall closes.
