Softrak Reception

Softrak will be holding an opening reception at 5:30pm on Saturday July 12 at our office.  Suite 900 - 1200 Burrard Street, Vancouver, 604-736-3741. Please plan to come and join us for some eats, some bevies and to see where it all takes place!

International Night Dinner on Tuesday

We have added a second International Night on Tuesday evening at the same time as the private ADP Dinner Meeting.

Pre-conference Training on Saturday

Adagio Post Doc Reporting takes place Saturday July 12th, just before the AOC and is a full day of training for the advanced consultant.

Adagio Masters Degree takes place Saturday July 12th and is a full day of training for Adagio Consultant Resellers to give them a thorough grounding in Adagio. Sales and marketing types can also pick up background information to help them propose appropriate modules in their Adagio solutions. DBPs are welcome to attend.

Overview Plenary Sessions

Andrew Bates will give an overview of the Gold Sponsors (Adagio Developer Partners) on the afternoon of Sunday July 13th. Find out what's going on for the rest of the conference.

Software Workshop

This is a quiet place to meet with Adagio Developer Partners and Softrak technical and marketing staff. There will be tables/chairs, power, and internet connections.

"Cool Tools" review

Learn about the cool tools that Softrak and our partners use to make our businesses run smoother. These tools help you provide support, demo, document, organize, administer, and communicate.

Saturday afternoon: ADP sales and marketing training

Sunday morning: "Six steps to making the sale" (plenary)

Wednesday morning: A hands-on workshop to develop your sales techniques (SIG)

Special Interest Groups (SIGs)

This year we'll have more Special Interest Groups. Full breakout sessions for SIGs will be held on Wednesday morning. While all delegates are welcome to attend these SIG meetings, the ones who will get the most out of the meetings will be those who have participated in the Softrak Business Partner forum in the months leading up to the AOC.

Pre-Conference Training

Exhibitors are encouraged to offer pre-conference training on Friday before Softrak's pre-conference training on Saturday (Adagio Post Doc Reporting and Adagio Masters Degree). Be sure to check out the options -- it may be very valuable for you to come early!

Training - This is the place to get comprehensive intelligence on 3rd party products and services that work with Adagio.
News & Directions - Find out first hand what's new and what's in the works.
Input - You're in the front lines. The ADPs need and appreciate your feedback.

This year, take your vacation in July, around the AOC. Check out the Vancouver Tourism web site and be sure to book extra nights in the AOC Hotel at the special AOC rates. If you're bringing a spouse or family and need help keeping them entertained while you're "working", post your ideas or needs on the Softrak Business Partner forum.

We'll keep you busy during the day and at Event Night, but you can take the other evenings to explore and enjoy.

And the best reason to attend the AOC is something the AOC organizers can't do for you by themselves. It's networking with your peers. Sharing experiences with others in the trenches. Tips on how to build your business. Technical traps to avoid. These are things you can't get from a book, but you can get this information at meal times and other private times during the conference.
