AOC room nights are earned based on specific products purchased between July 1 and June 30.

If you earned a free AOC hotel room night, please book your room in the AOC hotel well before the conference. After you check in, tell the AOC Registration Desk your room number so Softrak can apply a payment to your account at the hotel for the amount of the room nights earned (at the cheapest AOC rate) plus taxes. When you check out, you will only be responsible for any difference.
